Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to That Numbers Game (the “Game”), its Google Play and App Store listings, and the shared-link webpage at tuyware.com/that-numbers-game. The Game is published by Tuyware V.O.F., Belgium (“Tuyware”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Information stored on your device

Most game information is stored locally on your device. This can include your settings, completed runs, scores, Journey progress, achievements, in-game digit balance, and local gameplay history.

We do not ask you to create a Tuyware account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location to play the Game.

You can remove locally stored game data by clearing the Game’s storage where your platform provides that option, or by uninstalling the Game. Depending on your device and backup settings, the operating system may retain a backup for the period controlled by your platform provider and settings.

3. Optional cloud save

Cloud save is optional. On Android, the Game uses Google Play Games Saved Games. On iPhone and iPad, the Game uses Game Center Saved Games. If you choose to sign in, the applicable service uses its player identifier to associate a cloud save with your platform profile.

The cloud save can contain player-visible progress: Journey progress, selected high scores, achievements, in-game digit transactions, and whether you have seen the Journey tutorial prompt.

We do not operate a separate Tuyware server for cloud saves. You manage the applicable gaming profile and saved-game service through Google or Apple. Google explains how to manage Play Games data in its Play Games data deletion guide.

4. Analytics, diagnostics, and crash reports

We use Google Firebase services to understand how the Game is used, to improve it, and to diagnose faults:

• Firebase Analytics receives pseudonymous app and gameplay events, such as screens viewed, actions selected, game mode, level or preset identifier, score, number of equations cleared, rounded play duration, hints used, achievements unlocked, in-game digit transactions, remote-configuration status, and the result of a premium-purchase attempt. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or shared-link text to Firebase Analytics.
• Firebase Crashlytics receives crash reports and technical diagnostic information, such as crash stack traces, app version, device model, operating-system version, and Firebase/Crashlytics installation identifiers.
• Firebase Remote Config uses a Firebase installation identifier to deliver the current configuration for game monetisation settings.

Firebase services may also process technical information such as IP address, application identifiers, and service-usage data. For more information, see Firebase’s privacy information.

5. Advertising

The free version of the Game displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. We use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), which may mediate advertisements from Meta Audience Network and Liftoff Monetize (Vungle).

Advertising partners may process and share information such as:

• device and advertising identifiers, app-set identifiers, and, where applicable, identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device;
• IP address and approximate location inferred from it;
• ad and app interactions, including app launches, taps, ad views, and reward completion; and
• technical and diagnostic information used for ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and, where permitted by your region, device settings, and consent choices, personalise advertising. The Game requests advertising consent where required by applicable law before requesting ads. On iPhone and iPad, the Game also uses Apple’s App Tracking Transparency choice where it applies.

You can manage advertising and tracking choices in your device settings and, for Google advertising, in My Ad Center. These controls do not necessarily stop all advertising, but they can affect personalised advertising.

6. Premium purchase

If you buy the premium unlock, payment is processed by Google Play Billing on Android or by Apple through the App Store on iPhone and iPad. Tuyware does not receive or store your card number or other payment credentials. The Game receives product and display-price information, together with the ownership or purchase status needed to unlock premium features and restore your purchase.

7. Shared games, exports, and sharing

Shared game links describe a setup, such as a mode, target, time limit, available operations, and number range. The webpage decodes this information in your browser; the shared content is not submitted to a Tuyware server by the webpage. Like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard technical server logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and time of visit.

If you choose to share a result or export gameplay history, the Game opens your device’s system sharing tools and sends the information you selected to the app or service you choose. Their handling of the information is governed by their own privacy policies.

8. Who receives information

Depending on the platform and features you use, information described in this policy may be processed by:

• Google, including Google Play, Google Play Billing, Google Play Games, Firebase, and AdMob;
• Apple, including the App Store and Game Center;
• Meta Audience Network and Liftoff Monetize (Vungle), when their ads are selected through advertising mediation;
• our website-hosting provider for the product and shared-link webpages; and
• the third-party app or service you select when you use a share or export action.

These providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies.

9. Security and retention

Information transmitted by the Game to our service providers is sent using encrypted connections such as TLS/HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use services intended to protect information in transit and limit our own collection to what is needed to operate and improve the Game.

Local information remains on your device until you remove it. Platform gaming services, Firebase, store payment services, and advertising providers retain information according to their own policies and operational, legal, security, and fraud-prevention requirements. We do not maintain a separate Tuyware database of player profiles or cloud-save data.

10. Children and families

The current version of the Game is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to Tuyware.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information directly to us, or have a question about a child’s use of the Game, contact thatnumbersgame@tuyware.com. We will review the request and take appropriate steps under applicable law.

11. Your choices and requests

You may ask us about personal information that we control, or request correction or deletion where applicable, by emailing thatnumbersgame@tuyware.com with “That Numbers Game privacy request” in the subject line. Please include enough information for us to understand and, where necessary, verify your request. We may need to retain limited information where required or permitted by law, or to prevent fraud and abuse.

For data controlled directly by Google, Apple, or another advertising, analytics, payment, or platform provider, you may also need to use that provider’s privacy controls or contact that provider directly.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted at this address, with its updated date shown at the top.
